My journey into real estate is certainly not conventional. Early in life I had many aspirations, however life takes its own path. I was born in Brooklyn, NY and raised in Clearwater, FL. After high school, I obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Natural Science from the University of South Florida. Instead of attending medical school as I had planned, I decided to pursue my passion for culinary arts at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY; I graduated with honors. I then applied my degree in San Francisco working with Wolfgang Puck at Postrio Restaurant.

In 1993 I took a summer vacation to the Portland area and never looked back! I spent a fulfilling 27+ years as Corporate Executive Chef in a variety of capacities. But life took another turn during the pandemic, so I reinvented myself and pursued a career in real estate. By applying my past experiences, I convey myself as personable, yet professional with a focus on clear, consistent communication and attention to detail. I truly enjoy assisting people and am always seeking to improve my skill set and interpersonal relationships. Ultimately my clients are the most important aspect of my business and the goal is to make sure that each and every property transaction is a stress free, pleasurable experience!

In my free time I enjoy hiking, biking, playing music on my drums and spending time in the garden with my wife of 25 years and wonderful daughter.

Hello, my name is Caleb Berry. I’m a broker with The Property Brokers Group at Keller Williams Sunset Corridor and excited to help you with your next BIG adventure!

A born and bred Oregonian, I grew up in Hillsboro, OR and graduated from Glencoe High School. Growing up in the Pacific Northwest, I absolutely love the outdoors, especially fishing. It’s fair to say you can catch me casting a line on a local river in my spare time.

My other passion is real estate. Heather was born in New York but has grew up throughout the U.S. from the east coast as a young child, completed high school in the Midwest, completing college in San Diego before finally deciding to settle down in Portland in 2014. Growing up in a big family and being the second oldest of 11 children, learning and perfecting multitasking while being able to pay attention to details on an expert level was a must.

She comes from a career background of Dental Health Care. She is experienced in hands on assisting, problem solving, customer service, sales, and working with third parties for financial planning. By having these skills, she is able to provide her clients with a smooth and trustworthy experience in purchasing your dream home, investment property, or land.

She loves spending time with her fiancé and two children exploring what the PNW has to offer and sporting events. Her family also consists of two cats and a bearded dragon. On her free time, you will find her volunteering in her community or helping at her older Childs school where she is also a chair member on the PTA.

Born in Texas but raised in Oregon I have always been an outdoors lover and Oregon offers some of the best when if comes to outdoors activities. Some early memories as a child were attending The Street of Dreams which is where my passion for Real Estate began. Some of my previous work history includes High End Steakhouses in Las Vegas and the construction industry, both of which have given me experience that lends well to my career as a Realtor. In my free time I enjoy hikes, billiards and cornhole as well as spending time with my family.
